Dr Yavuz Selim Günay is a founding partner of Günay & Erdoğan and has deep experience across a range of legal disciplines.
Dr Günay previously served as Director of Legal Affairs and Contracts at one of Türkiye’s leading defence and information technology companies, and has also practised at one of Türkiye’s foremost law firms.
With extensive experience in contract law, international trade law, dispute resolution and arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, technology law, defence and aerospace law, export controls and intellectual property law, Dr Günay provides strategic legal services to both domestic and international clients. He is also highly experienced in representing Turkish clients investing abroad.
Dr Günay teaches technology law on a part-time basis at Bilkent University Faculty of Law.
