Biography
Çiğdem Gizem Okkaoğlu is a partner at Günay Erdoğan Attorneys-at-Law. With a background in industrial engineering, she brings strong analytical skills to the table. Previously, she served as a competition expert and enforcement officer at the Turkish Competition Authority. After leaving the Authority, Ms. Okkaoğlu gained extensive experience in competition law and regulation at leading international and national law firms. Her expertise includes competition law, regulations, mergers and acquisitions, technology law, international sanctions, and export control. In addition, Ms. Okkaoğlu has a strong interest in legal technology and co-founded the largest legal tech platform in Turkey. As a valued member of our team, she provides strategic legal services to both domestic and international clients.
