Competition Law
Our experienced competition law team is led by a former competition expert and case handler at the Turkish Competition Authority, making us uniquely qualified to advise both domestic and international clients on all competition law matters. We provide comprehensive legal assistance on a range of issues, from handling various types of horizontal and vertical agreements, abuse of dominance claims, and exemptions/negative clearance applications, to managing complex domestic and international merger cases including Phase I and Phase II analysis with structural/behavioral remedies.
We support our clients throughout the entire process, from conducting notifiability analysis just-in-time to preparing notifications to the Turkish Competition Authority, and even supporting clients during dawn raids in preliminary and/or full-fledged investigations. Our team has extensive experience in Phase-I review, but more importantly, we have a unique experience in the Phase-II review process, giving us the expertise needed to help our clients navigate this complex area of law.
In addition to our legal services, we also organize trainings, compliance programs, and workshops in the field of competition law to ensure our clients are fully compliant with competition rules to the best extent possible. Our goal is to provide our clients with the support and guidance they need to navigate competition law matters successfully and effectively.
