S\u00f6zle\u015fmenin y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmesiyle birlikte Irak Mahkemeleri, yabanc\u0131 hakem kararlar\u0131n\u0131 ve tahkim s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerini uygulayabilecekler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Republic of Iraq signed the 1958 <strong>New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards<\/strong>. Signing of the Convention is one of the important steps taken by the Iraqi Government, which declared in February 2018 that it wanted to provide legal protection to foreign investors.
